Support for Process Digitalization

Our company is rapidly growing, so implementing digitalization processes was a priority this year.

On June 7, 2024, the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia concluded an agreement with SIA BIOMILL for receiving support No. 17.2-5-L-2024/312 within the company digitalization program “Latvia’s Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Plan, Component 2 ‘Digital Transformation’, Reform and Investment Direction 2.2 ‘Digital Transformation and Innovation of Enterprises’, 2.2.1.r. ‘Creation of Full-Cycle Support for Business Digital Transformation with Regional Coverage’, 2.2.1.2.i. Investment ‘Support for Process Digitalization in Commercial Activities’.”

Within the project, the company acquired a specialized POS and warehouse system that provides:

1. Automatic transmission of sales data to the ERP system;
2. Inventory adjustment in the ERP system;
3. Management of discounts and sales promotions;
4. Invoice payments at the POS system;
5. Sending an electronic receipt version to the customer;
6. Gift card functionality;
7. A wide range of customer loyalty program options;
